To Touch or not to Touch?
Physical Contact, Human Intuition and the Animal Reiki Treatment

Note: this class is open to all interested participants, both Reiki practitioners and animal lovers interested in learning more about the animal Reiki process.

Tuition: $50

Kathleen will discuss several issues surrounding this topic, including:

• A working definition of the animal Reiki healing process.
• The role of touch and intuition during a treatment.
• How to determine when and if hands-on Reiki is appropriate.
• The relationship of human hands to the animal healing process, including in difficult cases such as abused animals.
• The importance of trust as a foundation to building a connection with animals.
• Human intuition and physical contact--a discussion of the connections between the two.
• Letting go of hands as a way towards deepened connection and better results with the animals.

There will be time for questions at the end of the class. All participants will receive an mp3 recording of the class.
