Each week, Kathleen shares “best-practice” standards through guided Reiki meditations, troubleshooting techniques for tough situations and practical tips for self-healing, supporting animals and their people, and reaching out to the community.

Week 1: Guiding Principles for Healing Hearts and Minds – clarifying your goals and destination in your practice
Week 2: Ways to Cultivate the Wisdom of the Heart – finding and listening to your inner power, courage and strength
Week 3: The Way of Harmony with Animals – learning how to be receptive to the wisdom of animals during sessions
Week 4: Honoring the Human/Animal Relationship – fostering professional, supportive and healing communication with animal caregivers
