I get by with a little help from my …

How are you all hanging in there? I must admit, I’ve been feeling a bit of isolation exhaustion over the past few days.

I miss traveling, teaching (in person) and hiking in nature every day with my dog. I consoled myself by binge watching “Anne with an E” on Netflix (loved it!), petting my collie and watching my daughter make me vegan gluten-free strawberry shortcake for Mother’s Day.

(Gee, poor me, LOL) I know, I suddenly realized I was being a real baby and have nothing to complain about! I was reminded of the great Wayne Dyer quote, “Change the way you look at things, and the things you look at change.” Searching for the good in all moments is a powerful spiritual practice and one that must be constantly nurtured. It’s times like these that I’m ever so grateful for my family (human and animal), my meditation practice, my classes and my students to bring me back to balance and clarity!

It was so great to see many of you on Monday in my free webinar: “Introduction to Meditating with Animals.” As you know, I shared a special “All is Well” meditation (from my book, The Let Animals Lead® Method of Animal Reiki Meditation Journal) to help everyone relax their bodies, open their minds and expand their hearts for the good of animals. What a truly healing experience to join together in the light for the benefit of our animal friends!

In case you missed the live talk, it’s not too late! You can sign up as a SARA Community Supporter member and receive the link to not only this talk’s recording, but all our past guest speaker presentations and meetings. What a bargain at just $50/year, and every penny goes to helping SARA continue its life-transforming work of sharing Animal Reiki Meditation with rescued animals and their caregivers. CLICK HERE to join us, and thank you for your support!

Stay safe, be well and may the animals light your way!

Blessings,

Kathleen Prasad
