Animal Reiki Affirmations Masterclass

According to the English American Dictionary, the definition of “to affirm” is to state that something is true. When applied to our spiritual life, an affirmation is a statement of truth which we aspire to absorb into our lives. 

 

We can use affirmations directly – for ourselves to shift our own energy into positivity and healing – or indirectly as affirming positive messages for the animals we want to support. Think of them as “I” statements for our own energy shifting (and this benefits animals) OR “you” statements for animals – to put positive energy out there to encourage, validate, support and uplift the animals when they need you the most. 

 

In this Animal Reiki Masterclass, we're going to cover different types of affirmations (from historical to biblical to spiritual to practical) and how we can use them in different types of situations. We're also going to go through some of my favorite affirmations and talk about why I love them so much, which situations they are really potent for, and how you can create your own affirmations tailored to the exact situation you are in and apply them to your own life experiences or when you are holding space for your animals.
