Have you written down the things you are grateful for lately? If not, it’s a wonderful exercise to do at the end of the day, before you sleep, especially in trying times like these. Why not try it tonight?

Writing, especially about my experiences with animals, has always been so healing for me. I guess maybe that’s why I have written so many books, LOL.

I’d love to share my affinity for writing with you, and it’s one of the things that motivated me to create my upcoming book, The Let Animals Lead® Method of Animal Reiki Meditation Journal.

Called a “multidimensional masterpiece” by respected veterinarian Marc Malek, this colorful, interactive book has lots of space for you to write and self-reflect as you deepen your bond with the animals you love. Stay tuned, this book will be released soon!

In the meantime, I wanted to share some of the reasons completing this journal can support your journey with animals!

There are so many benefits of journaling about your meditation experiences with animals, such as:

  • relieving stress
  • deepening self-reflection
  • inspiring creativity
  • setting and achieving goals
  • increasing gratitude

I’ve created my Meditation Journal with all of these benefits in mind to support your life journey with animals.

In this month’s Animal Reiki Talk, I’ve covered this topic in-depth as well as created a peaceful Animal Reiki Meditation healing circle for those in need.

Stay safe, be well and may the animals light your way!

  1. Good morning Kathleen,

I just want to say how much you inspire me to do Reiki Healing on all animals I meet. We just adopted a Golden Retriever names Lucky Boy. I feel I’m the Lucky one.

I am a Reiki II practitioner and Animal Reiki Practitioner that is learning Animal Grooming to incorporate Animal Reiki.

    I wish you lived closer.

    Thank you so much

    1. Thank you Wilma, Congrats on your new family member! He’s so lucky to be adopted to an Animal Reiki home 🙂 That’s wonderful that you are also learning grooming – Animal Reiki is a wonderful complement to support that! Keep up the great work 🙂 Blessings, Kathleen
